The price lists and information on this site are provided for general reference and are estimates only — they are not binding quotes. Actual pricing depends on the specific parts, condition, prep required, and scope of work, and is confirmed at drop-off or in a written quote. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we may correct errors or omissions at any time.

We provide Cerakote and other firearm/parts coating, FFL transfers and firearm sales, laser engraving, laser cleaning, and powder coating. All work is subject to our inspection and our discretion to decline any job. Customer-supplied parts must be provided clean and prepared as described on the relevant service page. We do not warrant that results will meet every expectation where parts arrive in poor condition or outside our stated prep requirements.

All firearm transfers and sales are processed in accordance with federal and Minnesota law, including ATF Form 4473 and NICS background checks, and Minnesota permit requirements for handguns. You are responsible for ensuring you are legally eligible to receive a firearm. We reserve the right to decline any transfer or sale at our discretion. NFA items are held in ATF-compliant storage and cannot be released until ATF approval is received. Custom firearm and NFA orders may require a non-refundable deposit — see our Cancellation & Deposit Policy for details.

Certain jobs — including custom firearm and NFA orders — require a deposit before work begins or an order is placed. Deposits and cancellation terms are described in our Cancellation & Deposit Policy. Payment is due as agreed at drop-off or upon completion. Firearm transactions are processed through an FFL-compliant payment processor.

Our site may link to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites and are not liable for any harm arising from your use of them. Please review the policies of any third-party site before engaging with it.

Our site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, True North Surface Works and its owners and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True North Surface Works and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive.

These Terms, together with any policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and our services. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive it.

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
