Receive firearms purchased online or from out-of-state dealers. We process ATF Form 4473 and NICS background check. Same-day pickup once NICS clears in most cases.

Transfer NFA items purchased from another dealer or individual. We handle all Form 4 eForms paperwork. Items held securely until ATF approval.

* Form 4 transfers can include a same day 4473 transfer, they are not mutually exclusive and the cost is the same.
** Short Barreled Shotguns (SBS) are illegal in the state of Minnesota. We will not accept or perform transfers for these items.
Notes & Terms: All firearm transfers processed via ATF Form 4473 with NICS Direct background check. Minnesota law requires a Permit to Purchase or valid Permit to Carry for handgun transfers. True North Surface Works reserves the right to decline any transfer at its discretion. Customer is responsible for ensuring eligibility to receive a firearm under federal and state law. NFA items are held in ATF-compliant secure storage during Form 4 processing — items cannot be released until ATF approval is received. Prices subject to change.
